USUI REIKI

Usui Reiki focuses on clearing and balancing the energy system – the chakras, meridians, and aura – to restore health and well-being.

This approach teaches self-healing practice as a prerequisite for working on others.

Physical and emotional/mental healing are generally merged into one treatment.

It includes a distant healing technique.

The levels of Usui Reiki are:

Level I	Self Healing - Reiki history and principles, the energy system, self-healing, practice
Level II	Practitioner - Healing others, healing symbols, distant healing, the Hara, additional info, practice
Level III(i)	Advanced – Additional techniques, crystals & grids, energy techniques, practice
Level III(ii))	Master Teacher – Info and practices for giving attunements and teaching Reiki

Courses are presented either as weekend classes or by module.

The Reiki Practitioner certificate is presented after completion of Level II, and the Reiki Master Teacher certificate is presented on completion of Level III.

There are options to join credible Reiki Associations on completion of your courses.
